Your Mission

Job SummaryThe Global Business Process Management Driver will play a pivotal role in enhancing and optimizing business processes across the organization, with a specific focus on supporting the S/4HANA transformation journey. This position is responsible for driving process improvements, ensuring alignment with global standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • S/4HANA Transformation Support: act as a key driver in the organization's S/4HANA journey, ensuring that business processes are effectively integrated and optimized within the new system environment.
  • Process Optimization: identify, analyze, and implement improvements in business processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and performance across the organization.
  • Global Standards Alignment: ensure that all business processes are aligned with global standards and best practices, facilitating consistency and quality across all operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: promote a culture of continuous improvement by leading initiatives that encourage innovation and process excellence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with various departments to understand their process needs and challenges, providing solutions that align with overall business objectives and the S/4HANA framework.
  • Performance Monitoring: develop and implement metrics to monitor the effectiveness of business processes, using data-driven insights to drive decision-making.
  • Change Management: lead change management efforts to ensure successful implementation of new processes and systems, including training and support for staff, particularly in the context of the S/4HANA transition.
  • Documentation and Reporting: maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes and improvements, providing regular reports to senior management on progress and outcomes.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business process management or a similar role, preferably in a global context.
  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA, is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in english.
