Ideal candidates will have a degree in Marketing, relevant experience, and strong analytical skills.

Competenze

  • 2–3 years of experience in strategic or trade marketing.

  • Driving license preferred but not mandatory.

The Role

We are looking for a Global Brand Specialist to join our Strategic Marketing team based in Milan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate in defining the strategy for brands Laura Biagiotti, Angel Schlesser, and Mandarina Duck, contributing to brand platform and guideline development.
  • Propose and collaborate with managers to develop brand marketing plans (goals, priorities, marketing mix, actions, and calendar) aligned with overall strategy and business objectives.
  • Support the Brand Manager in developing detailed marketing actions (launches, promotional activities, digital marketing, etc.), optimizing the budget and ensuring strategic alignment.
  • Monitor the impact of marketing plans on business results, using insights from the International Marketing Coordination team, and propose corrective actions if needed.
  • Ensure all product COGs, POP, and GWP items are developed within cost objectives.
  • Assist the Global Digital Marketing Coordinator with operational duties such as purchase orders, product deliveries, graphic tasks, and PowerPoint presentations.
What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 2–3 years of experience in strategic or trade marketing, preferably in beauty, fashion, jewelry, or accessories markets.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proactive, motivated, passionate, curious, and able to work independently and in a team.
