AB Parfums is looking for a Global Brand Specialist to enhance brand strategies for Laura Biagiotti, Angel Schlesser, and Mandarina Duck within the Strategic Marketing team. The role includes aligning marketing plans with strategic business objectives and requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in English and Spanish.

Competenze

  • 2–3 years of experience in strategic marketing or trade marketing in beauty, fashion, jewelry, or accessories.
  • Driving license is wished but not mandatory.
  • Proactive, motivated, curious, able to work independently and as part of a team.

The Role

We are looking for a Global Brand Specialist to join our Strategic Marketing team based in Milan.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. To collaborate in the strategic definition of the brands Laura Biagiotti, Angel Schlesser, and Mandarina Duck, contributing to the brand platform and guidelines design;
  2. To propose and collaborate with managers in developing the brands' Marketing Plans (goals, priorities, marketing mix, actions, and calendar) aligned with the brands' and marketing strategy and business objectives;
  3. To support the Brand Manager in developing detailed marketing actions included in the approved Marketing Plans (launches, promotional activities, digital marketing activities, etc.), optimizing the budget assigned to the brand and ensuring strategic alignment;
  4. To monitor the impact of Marketing plans on business results, with information from the International Marketing Coordination team, to take or propose short-term corrective actions if needed, and gather market feedback for long-term strategies;
  5. To pay attention to all the COGs for products, POP, and GWP items to be developed vs. the COGs objective;
  6. To assist the Global Digital Marketing Coordinator with operative duties (e.g., purchase orders, product deliveries, graphic topics, PowerPoint setups).
What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus;
  • 2–3 years of experience in strategic marketing or trade marketing, ideally in beauty, fashion, jewelry, or accessories markets;
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required;
  • Analytical attitude;
  • Excellent proficiency in Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Driving license is wished but not mandatory;
  • Proactive, motivated, passionate, curious, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
