Colussi Group cerca un Global Brand Manager per i suoi prodotti da forno a Milano. Sarai responsabile della crescita del marchio e lavorerai a stretto contatto con team cross-funzionali globali. Questo ruolo strategico richiede una mentalità analitica forte e abilità di comunicazione eccellenti, oltre a una laurea pertinente e almeno 3 anni di esperienza nel marketing.

Competenze

  • 3+ anni di esperienza in ruoli di marketing, preferibilmente in food o FMCG.
  • Fluente in inglese; francese è un plus.
  • Disponibilità a viaggiare in Italia e all'estero.

Mansioni

  • Sviluppare ed eseguire strategie di brand in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali.
  • Monitorare i KPI del brand e adottare azioni correttive quando necessario.
  • Collaborare con team commerciali internazionali per adattare le strategie di brand.

GLOBAL BRAND MANAGER – Bakery Products

Colussi Group is looking for a Global Brand Manager – Bakery Products to drive brand growth and reinforce our presence in both Italian and international markets. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for building brand equity through data-driven marketing strategies and powerful, consumer-centric innovation.

Reporting directly to one of our Marketing Manager, he/she will be the key player in turning market insights into actionable plans across the full marketing mix, working in close collaboration with cross-functional and international teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies that align with overall business goals, ensuring brand equity, consistency, and positioning across markets.
  • Lead the annual marketing planning process, defining objectives, target KPIs, and budget allocation.
  • Analyze market trends and brand performance, identifying growth opportunities through competitor benchmarking, consumer insight analysis, and pricing strategies.
  • Lead go-to-market initiatives for new product development, working closely with R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales teams from concept to launch.
  • Oversee 360° communication strategies, including media, digital campaigns, in-store visibility, and PR, in collaboration with external agencies.
  • Monitor brand KPIs (volume, revenue, margin, share) and drive corrective actions when needed.
  • Manage the product portfolio lifecycle, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with international commercial teams to adapt brand strategies to local markets.
  • Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in marketing roles, preferably in food, snacking, or FMCG sectors.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn insights into action
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and cross-functional environment
  • Personal Attributes: Creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to adapt and innovate in a competitive international landscape.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; French is a strong plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad.
