We are recruiting a Global Brand Creative Senior Specialist within our Global Marketing Brand team. This role involves overseeing brand and digital content activities at a global level, supporting regions such as EMEA, APAC, and the Americas to manage communication tools effectively and drive profitable brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify locally relevant consumer insights and develop strategies that align with consumer and company objectives.
- Design multi-channel communication campaigns, from strategic planning to production and delivery, translating customer insights into compelling ideas.
- Execute 360° integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels, including content creation for social media, banners, landing pages, and websites.
- Develop social media content focused on consideration and conversion.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and ROI, liaising with countries for data collection and insights.
- Coordinate with the Global Digital department to ensure consistency across communication platforms.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with local teams to understand and support their specific needs, balancing collaboration and governance.
- Manage relationships with external partners such as digital agencies and creative consultants.
- Oversee and evolve the brand visual identity and guidelines to align with business strategies and local adaptations.
Qualifications and Skills
- University Degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Marketing, Brand, Communication, or Media.
- At least 4-5 years of relevant marketing experience in multinational companies, with a proven track record in end-to-end campaign design.
- Experience in deploying integrated 360° campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels.
- Strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Structured, strategic thinker with analytical skills.
- Proactive team player capable of handling complex projects.
- Fluent in Italian and English, with a desire to work in multicultural, dynamic teams.
- Willing to travel.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite.
