EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Category Manager to lead the Bike and Snow performance product lines globally. You will analyze consumer data, coordinate with design, sourcing, procurement, and sales, and drive opportunities from concept to market to meet growth and margin goals.

You will manage forecasts, collaborate with regional teams, and craft brand-aligned product stories for successful GTM launches, while maintaining cost controls and strong supplier partnerships.

Competenze

• Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Merchandising, Fashion/Clothing Management or related field.
• Alternatively, 3–4+ years’ experience in the sports industry is considered.
• Experience in product merchandising and development.
• Excellent Excel, Windows and PowerPoint skills; Illustrator and/or Photoshop and/or InDesign a plus.
• Deep interest and knowledge of Bike/Snow markets; strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships internally and externally; strong presentation skills.

Mansioni

• Research the global market to identify opportunities and trends for Bike and Snow lines.
• Analyze business cases and forecast 1.5 years out.
• Coordinate cross-department communications to align on product execution.
• Brief creative teams on direction, forecast, FOBs, features and pricing.
• Collaborate with Product Development to manage costs and margins.
• Manage lineplan data, SKU efficiency, and push for timely GTM.
