Job Description:

CONTEXT

The Global Application & Processes Manager is responsible for cross-collaborating with stakeholders to lead projects, define current and future business processes, identify issues, suggest mitigation strategies, and drive technology solutions. The role requires:

  • Strong IT/Business professional skills and love for complex challenges
  • Determination to deliver end-to-end IT solutions on time

This person will oversee the implementation and management of Manufacturing and Engineering solutions, focusing on Production Execution, Logistics, Engineering, Pharma Serialization, and EHS. They will configure and maintain systems, manage updates, troubleshoot, and collaborate with solution architects and infrastructure teams.

The candidate will gather requirements, develop business cases, and deliver cost-effective solutions, incorporating feedback for future improvements.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Map and analyze business processes
  • Redesign processes according to goals
  • Identify improvements aligned with business objectives
  • Benchmark emerging technologies for manufacturing
  • Act as Change Manager for organizational projects
  • Support key users and process owners during change
  • Collaborate to understand needs and opportunities

Project Management and Execution:

  • Engage with key users and process owners
  • Gather requirements, design solutions
  • Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources
  • Lead or participate in projects, document scope, prioritize
  • Manage vendors and external partners
  • Configure and implement software
  • Ensure system integration and value maximization
  • Monitor progress, mitigate risks, manage change requests
  • Drive user adoption and change management
  • Manage budgets and track spending
  • Support post go-live activities
  • Identify opportunities for improvement

Application Maintenance and Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct lessons learned and gather feedback
  • Identify and address improvement areas
  • Monitor vendor performance and SLAs
  • Track application maintenance budgets
  • Maintain governance and compliance

Business Applications Management

  • Manage lifecycle of business applications
  • Supervise integration processes and roadmaps
  • Collaborate with vendors and support system optimization

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • Bachelor or Master in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science
  • English from B2 level

Professional Experience:

  • 5+ years in similar roles in international or consulting firms
  • Experience in transformation projects as Functional Analyst
  • Deep knowledge of Demand to Stock processes and pharma regulations
  • Proven success in implementing business applications in manufacturing or pharma sectors
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems like SAP PM, calibration, C&Q
  • Experience with ERP platforms, data visualization tools, and Industry 4.0 technologies is a plus

Additional Skills:

  • Digital transformation experience, analytical skills, organizational design
  • Proactivity, stakeholder management, teamwork, communication skills
  • Familiarity with Google Suite is preferred
