CommScope in Goa is seeking an Accountant to ensure accurate and policy-driven payments across international operations, supporting Shared Services and site finance teams.

You will investigate discrepancies, analyze root causes, and drive standardization across global finance workflows, with hands-on exposure to SAP and ERP systems. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in payments and supervisory experience with strong English.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years' accounting experience in Payments and Accounts Payable or similar.
• Supervisory experience.
• Experience with international sites in a multi-national company preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong accounting and finance knowledge with ability to learn VAT and foreign bank regulations.

Aufgaben

• Process payments to meet defined timelines across entities.
• Escalate issues and circulate reports to relevant teams (SAP, bank portals).
• Understand international tax and commercial transaction complexities.
• Collaborate with site Finance, Operations, Purchasing, and Logistics to resolve discrepancies.
• Identify process improvements and root cause analysis for errors.
• Prepare periodic MIS on invoices and vendor payment trends.
• Ensure tax-related documents are generated and reviewed for each location.
• Support external and internal audits of the payables process.
• Reconcile bank ledgers and assist in audits.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
