BioCatch is seeking a Director, Global Advisory – South EMEA & Italy to guide top financial institutions on fraud prevention and digital identity challenges. You will serve as a domain expert and trusted partner to regional sales and customer success teams, driving advisory excellence and strategic solutions at the executive level.

Competenze

• 10+ years hands-on fraud & financial crime experience in financial services or fraud technology providers.
• 3+ years of consultative engagements at executive level.
• Demonstrable depth in fraud, financial crime and cyber security domains.
• Ability to interpret fraud/financial crime metrics and quantify ROI for customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM/quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or similar.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with ability to evangelise solutions at conferences.
• Expert level consultative skills with collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Mansioni

• Provide deep fraud/financial crime expertise and consulting to sales teams.
• Meet with senior fraud and risk leaders to understand challenges and propose BioCatch solutions.
• Develop and deliver content to position BioCatch as a leader in behavioural intelligence.
• Represent BioCatch at events; present complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify emerging use cases and work with Product to prioritise new use cases.
• Evaluate new use cases for feasibility and collaborate with clients to deliver value outcomes.
• Participate in the BioCatch Client Innovation Board for product innovations.
• Maintain understanding of competitive landscape, threats, and regulatory trends; share with stakeholders.
