A global energy solutions provider is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the full accounts payable cycle, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role involves recording invoices, monitoring accounts payable ageing, and collaborating with finance teams. Ideal candidates will hold a diploma in accounting, have proven experience in a similar role, and be proficient in ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics. Competenze

• Proven experience in a similar accounts payable or accounting role, ideally within the energy or infrastructure sector.
• Confident in using ERP systems and IT tools.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work efficiently in a high-volume transactional environment.

Mansioni

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle including recording supplier invoices.
• Monitor accounts payable ageing and resolve vendor enquiries.
• Perform regular reconciliations of accounts payable and balance sheet accounts.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and accounting standards.

Conoscenze

Experience in accounts payable

Understanding of Italian GAAP

Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics
