Job Title: Global Account Manager

Job Purpose

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop business strategies across regions to drive profitable growth, increase sales penetration, and market share globally. Effective communication and negotiation skills are essential to demonstrate our value proposition and secure business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement global strategies in collaboration with regional teams to increase revenue and profit margins.
  2. Understand customer needs and challenges; build relationships with senior management through regular visits.
  3. Present Future’s value-added solutions and initiatives to enhance service capabilities.
  4. Work with management to set and monitor sales and margin budgets by site, aiming to outperform industry growth.
  5. Drive supplier initiatives to meet corporate commitments.
  6. Provide high-level customer service, responding promptly to quotes, product availability, and delivery queries.
  7. Engage the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sales opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven sales success within electronics distribution over the past five years; degree educated, technical or business background preferred.
  • Understanding of technical design processes with measurable design achievements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and independently or as part of a team.
