Job Purpose

The prime responsibility of the role is to proactively develop business strategies across the regions to drive profitable growth while increasing penetration in Sales and Demand Creation, resulting in market share gain on a global basis. Effective communication skills are essential to negotiate the company's offerings, position Future’s value-add, and demonstrate the company’s full capabilities.

What the role involves:
  1. Develop global strategy and implement site tactics with regional branch personnel to drive revenue and increase gross profit margin.
  2. Understand customer needs and challenges; formulate regional strategies to promote growth. Build relationships with senior management through regular visits.
  3. Present Future’s value proposition and solutions to enhance service capabilities at customer sites.
  4. Work with management to set and monitor sales and margin budgets globally, aiming to outperform industry and company growth projections.
  5. Drive supplier initiatives at customer sites to meet commitments.
  6. Provide high-level customer service regarding quotes, product availability, lead times, and delivery.
  7. Engage Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sell opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales track record in electronics distribution over the past five years; degree educated, preferably in a technical or business field.
  • Understanding of technical design processes and achievements in design-in activities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, accurate, able to work under pressure, and detail-oriented.
  • Self-motivated and team player.
