Job Purpose

The prime responsibility of the role is to proactively develop business strategies across the regions to drive profitable growth and increase penetration in Sales and Demand Creation, resulting in market share gain globally. Effective communication skills to negotiate and demonstrate the company’s full capabilities are essential.

What the role involves:
  1. Develop global strategy and implement site tactics with regional teams to drive revenue and increase gross profit margin.
  2. Understand customer needs and challenges; formulate regional strategies to foster growth. Build relationships with senior management through regular visits.
  3. Present Future’s value proposition, including Value-Added Solutions and Corporate Initiatives, to enhance service capabilities.
  4. Set, implement, and monitor sales and margin budgets globally, aiming to outperform industry growth projections.
  5. Drive key supplier initiatives at each customer site to meet commitments.
  6. Provide high-level customer service regarding quotes, product availability, lead times, and delivery queries.
  7. Engage the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sell opportunities.
Candidate requirements:
  • Proven sales track record within electronics distribution, with resilience and commercial acumen, ideally with a technical or business degree.
  • Understanding of technical teams with a history of design wins.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, accurate, and able to work under pressure with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
