JOB PURPOSE

The prime responsibility of the role is to proactively develop business strategies across the regions that will drive profitable growth while increasing penetration in Sales and Demand Creation performance, resulting in market share gain on a global basis. The ability to communicate effectively to negotiate the company's offerings and demonstrate Future’s full capabilities is essential in this role.

What the role involves:
  1. Develop global strategies and implement site tactics with regional teams to drive revenue and increase gross profit margins.
  2. Understand customer needs and challenges; formulate regional and branch strategies to foster growth. Build relationships with senior management through regular visits.
  3. Present Future’s value proposition, including Value-Added Solutions and Corporate Initiatives, to enhance service capabilities at customer sites.
  4. Set, implement, and monitor sales and margin budgets globally by site to increase market share and outperform industry growth projections.
  5. Drive key supplier initiatives to meet corporate commitments.
  6. Provide high-level customer service regarding quotes, product availability, lead times, and delivery queries.
  7. Engage the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sell opportunities.
Do you have:
  • Proven sales success over the past five years in electronics distribution; degree educated, preferably with a technical or business background.
  • Understanding of technical teams, demonstrated by achieving design wins.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
