JOB PURPOSE

The prime responsibility of the role is to proactively develop business strategies across regions to drive profitable growth and increase penetration in Sales and Demand Creation, resulting in market share gain on a global basis. Effective communication and negotiation skills are essential to position Future’s value proposition and demonstrate the company’s capabilities.

What the roles involve:
  1. Develop global strategy and implement site tactics in collaboration with regional and branch personnel to increase revenue and gross profit margin.
  2. Understand customer needs and challenges to formulate regional and branch strategies for growth. Build relationships with customer senior management through regular visits.
  3. Present Future’s value proposition, including Value-Added Solutions and Corporate Initiatives, to enhance service capabilities.
  4. Work with management to set and monitor sales and margin budgets globally, aiming to increase market share at each location.
  5. Drive key supplier initiatives to meet corporate commitments.
  6. Provide high-level customer service by responding promptly to quotes, product availability, lead times, and delivery queries.
  7. Engage the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sell opportunities.
Do you have:
  • Proven sales track record within the last five years in electronic distribution, with a degree in a technical or business field.
  • Understanding of technical design processes, with a record of achieving design-in goals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, accurate, and able to work under pressure with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
