Job Title: Global Account Manager

Job Purpose

The primary responsibility of this role is to proactively develop business strategies across regions to drive profitable growth, increase sales penetration, and enhance market share on a global basis. Effective communication and negotiation skills are essential to present Future Electronics' value proposition and demonstrate our capabilities to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement global strategies and site tactics with regional teams to increase revenue and gross profit margins.
  2. Understand customer needs and challenges; formulate regional strategies and build relationships with senior management through regular visits.
  3. Present Future’s value-added solutions and initiatives to enhance service capabilities at customer sites.
  4. Work with management to set and monitor sales and margin budgets globally, aiming to outperform industry growth projections.
  5. Drive supplier initiatives to meet corporate commitments.
  6. Provide responsive customer service regarding quotes, product availability, lead times, and delivery queries.
  7. Collaborate with Field Application Engineering to capitalize on sell opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
  1. Proven sales success within electronics distribution over the past five years; degree educated, preferably with a technical or business background.
  2. Understanding of technical design processes and successful achievement of design wins.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  4. Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and achieve results.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
