JOB PURPOSE

The primary responsibility of this role is to proactively develop business strategies across regions that drive profitable growth and increase penetration in sales and demand creation, resulting in market share gain globally. Effective communication skills are essential to negotiate and demonstrate Future’s value to customers and to position the company’s full capabilities.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Develop and implement global strategies and site tactics in collaboration with regional and branch personnel to drive revenue and increase gross profit margins.
  2. Understand customer needs and challenges; formulate regional and branch strategies to foster growth. Build relationships with senior management through regular visits.
  3. Present Future’s value proposition, including value-added solutions and corporate initiatives, to enhance service capabilities at customer sites.
  4. Work with management to set, implement, and monitor sales and margin budgets by site, aiming to increase market share and outperform industry growth.
  5. Drive supplier initiatives to meet corporate commitments at each customer site.
  6. Provide high-quality service by responding promptly to quotes, product availability, lead times, and delivery queries.
  7. Engage the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sell opportunities.

Candidate requirements:

  • Proven sales success within electronics distribution over the past five years, with a degree in a technical or business field.
  • Understanding of technical design processes, with a record of achieving design wins.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and achieve results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
