JOB PURPOSE

The prime responsibility of the role is to proactively develop business strategies across the regions, driving profitable growth while increasing penetration in Sales and Demand Creation, resulting in market share gain on a global basis. Effective communication skills are essential to negotiate the company’s offerings to customers, position Future’s value-add, and demonstrate the company’s full capabilities.

What the roles involves
  1. Develop global strategy and implement site tactics in conjunction with branch personnel in each geographical region to drive top-line revenue and increase gross profit margin.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and challenges, helping formulate regional and branch strategies for growth.
  3. Build relationships with customer senior management through regular visits to their sites.
  4. Present Future’s value proposition with Value-Added Solutions and Corporate Initiatives to enhance service capabilities.
  5. Work with management to set, implement, and monitor sales and margin budgets globally by site.
  6. Drive key supplier initiatives to ensure commitments are achieved.
  7. Provide high-level customer service, addressing quotes, product availability, lead times, and delivery queries.
  8. Engage the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sell opportunities.
Do you have
  • Commercial acumen, resilience, and a proven sales track record within electronics distribution for the past five years.
  • Degree education, preferably with a technical or business focus.
  • Understanding of technical teams and achievement of design milestones.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • High organization, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Self-initiative and team collaboration skills.
