Job Title: Global Account Manager

Future Electronics is seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Account Manager to join our team in Italy. We offer flexible location options in Turin, Milan, Padua, or Bologna.

Job Purpose

The primary responsibility is to develop business strategies across regions to drive profitable growth, increase sales penetration, and enhance demand creation, resulting in global market share growth. Effective communication and negotiation skills are essential to demonstrate Future’s value proposition and secure business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement global strategies in collaboration with regional teams to increase revenue and profit margins.
  2. Understand customer needs and challenges; build relationships with senior management through regular visits.
  3. Present Future’s value-added solutions and initiatives to enhance service capabilities at customer sites.
  4. Work with management to set and monitor sales and margin budgets, aiming to outperform industry growth.
  5. Drive supplier initiatives to meet corporate commitments.
  6. Provide responsive customer service regarding quotes, product availability, and delivery.
  7. Engage Field Application Engineering team to identify sell opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
  1. Proven sales experience in electronics distribution, with resilience and commercial acumen, ideally over five years.
  2. Educational background to degree level, preferably in technical or business fields.
  3. Understanding of technical teams and design achievements.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  5. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
