JOB PURPOSE

The prime responsibility of the role is to proactively develop business strategies across the regions to drive profitable growth while increasing penetration in Sales and Demand Creation, resulting in market share gain on a global basis. Effective communication skills are essential to negotiate the company’s offerings, demonstrate Future’s full capabilities, and position the company competitively.

What the roles involves:
  1. Develop global strategy and implement site tactics with branch personnel in each region to drive revenue and increase gross profit margin.
  2. Understand customer needs and challenges; formulate regional and branch strategies to foster growth. Build relationships with customer senior management through regular visits.
  3. Present Future’s value proposition, including Value-Added Solutions and Corporate Initiatives, to enhance service capabilities at all customer sites.
  4. Collaborate with management to set and monitor sales and margin budgets globally, aiming to increase market share at each location.
  5. Drive key supplier initiatives to meet corporate commitments.
  6. Provide responsive customer service regarding quotes, product availability, lead times, and delivery queries.
  7. Engage the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sell opportunities.
Do you have:
  • Proven sales track record in electronic distribution or related fields for at least five years. Education to degree level, preferably in a technical or business field.
  • Understanding of technical design processes, with demonstrable achievements in design wins.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
