JOB PURPOSE

The prime responsibility of the role is to proactively develop business strategies across the regions to drive profitable growth while increasing penetration in Sales and Demand Creation, resulting in market share gain globally. Effective communication to negotiate the company’s offerings with customers, to position Future’s value-added solutions and demonstrate the company's full capabilities, is essential for this role.

What the roles involve:
  1. Develop global strategy and implement site tactics with branch personnel in each region to drive revenue and increase gross profit margin.
  2. Understand customer needs and challenges to formulate regional strategies for growth. Build relationships with senior management through regular visits to their sites.
  3. Present Future’s value proposition by providing customers with Value-Added Solutions and initiatives like the Business Partner Programme to enhance service capabilities.
  4. Work with management to set, implement, and monitor sales and margin budgets globally, aiming to increase market share at each location.
  5. Drive key supplier initiatives to meet corporate commitments.
  6. Provide high-level customer service by responding promptly to quotes, product availability, lead times, and delivery queries.
  7. Engage the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sell opportunities.
Do you have:
  • Proven sales track record within the last five years in electronic distribution or similar, with a degree in a technical or business field.
  • Understanding of technical design processes with a record of achieving design wins.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, accurate, and capable of working under pressure with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
