JOB PURPOSE

The prime responsibility of the role is to proactively develop business strategies across the regions which will drive profitable growth whilst increasing penetration in Sales and Demand Creation performance, resulting in market share gain on a global basis. The ability to effectively communicate to negotiate the company offering to the customer and demonstrate the company’s full capabilities is essential.

What the roles involves:
  1. Develop global strategy and implement site tactics with regional teams to drive revenue and increase gross profit margin.
  2. Understand customer needs and challenges, and help formulate regional strategies to foster growth. Build relationships with senior management through regular visits.
  3. Present Future’s value proposition, including Value-Added Solutions and initiatives like the Business Partner Programme, to enhance service capabilities.
  4. Work with management to set and monitor sales and margin budgets to outperform industry and company growth projections.
  5. Drive key supplier initiatives to meet corporate commitments.
  6. Provide high-level customer service regarding quotes, product availability, lead times, and delivery queries.
  7. Engage the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sales opportunities.
Do you have:
  • Proven sales success over five years, ideally with a technical or business degree.
  • Understanding of technical teams and achievement of design integrations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
