Job Title: Global Account Manager

Future Electronics is seeking a motivated Global Account Manager to join our team in Italy. We are flexible with location options including Turin, Milan, Padua, or Bologna.

Job Purpose

The primary responsibility is to develop business strategies across regions to drive profitable growth and increase market share. Effective communication and negotiation skills are essential to demonstrate our value proposition and position Future Electronics as a leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement global strategies in collaboration with regional teams to increase revenue and profit margins.
  2. Understand customer needs deeply and build relationships with senior management through regular visits.
  3. Present Future’s value-added solutions and initiatives to enhance service capabilities.
  4. Work with management to set and monitor sales and margin budgets, aiming to outperform industry growth.
  5. Drive supplier initiatives to meet corporate commitments.
  6. Provide responsive customer service regarding quotes, product availability, and delivery.
  7. Collaborate with the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sales opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven sales success in electronics distribution over the past five years, with a degree in a technical or business field.
  • Understanding of technical design processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and a team player.
