JOB PURPOSE

The prime responsibility of the role is to proactively develop business strategies across the regions which will drive profitable growth whilst increasing penetration in Sales and Demand Creation, resulting in market share gain on a global basis. Effective communication and negotiation skills are essential to position Future’s value and demonstrate the company’s full capabilities.

What the role involves:
  1. Develop global strategy and implement site tactics with regional personnel to drive revenue and increase gross profit margin.
  2. Understand customer needs, formulate regional strategies, and build relationships with senior management through visits.
  3. Present Future’s value proposition and solutions to enhance service capabilities.
  4. Set and monitor sales and margin budgets globally by site to outperform industry growth.
  5. Drive supplier initiatives to meet commitments.
  6. Provide high-level customer service regarding quotes, product availability, and delivery.
  7. Engage the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sell opportunities.
Do you have:
  • Proven sales track record in electronics distribution, educated to degree level.
  • Understanding of technical design processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
