JOB PURPOSE

The prime responsibility of the role is to proactively develop business strategies across the regions that will drive profitable growth while increasing penetration in Sales and Demand Creation, resulting in market share gain on a global basis. Effective communication and negotiation skills are essential to present Future’s value proposition convincingly and demonstrate the company’s full capabilities.

What the roles involve:
  1. Develop global strategy and implement site tactics in conjunction with branch personnel in each geographical region to drive revenue and increase gross profit margin.
  2. Understand customer needs deeply and help formulate regional and branch strategies for growth. Build relationships with customer senior management through regular visits.
  3. Present Future’s value proposition by offering Value-Added Solutions and Corporate Initiatives to enhance service capabilities at all customer sites.
  4. Collaborate with management to set, implement, and monitor sales and margin budgets globally, aiming to outperform industry and company growth projections.
  5. Drive key supplier initiatives to meet corporate commitments.
  6. Provide high-quality service by responding promptly to quotes, product availability, lead times, and delivery queries.
  7. Engage the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sell opportunities.
Do you have:
  • Proven sales track record in electronics distribution over the past five years, with a degree in a technical or business field.
  • Understanding of technical design processes, with a track record of achieving design wins.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
