JOB PURPOSE

The prime responsibility of the role is to proactively develop business strategies across the regions to drive profitable growth and increase penetration in Sales and Demand Creation performance, resulting in market share gain on a global basis. Effective communication and negotiation skills are essential to present Future’s value and quote on business, demonstrating the company’s full capabilities.

What the roles involve:
  1. Develop global strategy and implement site tactics in conjunction with branch personnel in each geographical region to drive revenue and increase gross profit margin.
  2. Understand customer needs and challenges; formulate regional and branch strategies for growth. Build relationships with senior management through regular visits.
  3. Present Future’s value proposition, including Value-Added Solutions and Corporate Initiatives, to enhance service capabilities at all customer sites.
  4. Work with management to set, implement, and monitor sales and margin budgets globally, aiming to increase market share and outperform industry growth.
  5. Drive key supplier initiatives to meet corporate commitments.
  6. Provide high-level customer service, responding promptly to quotes, product availability, lead times, and delivery queries.
  7. Engage the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sell opportunities.
Do you have:
  • Proven sales track record within electronics distribution over the past five years; educated to degree level, preferably with technical or business focus.
  • Understanding of technical teams and successful design achievements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, accurate, able to work under pressure, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
