JOB PURPOSE

The prime responsibility of the role is to proactively develop business strategies across regions to drive profitable growth, increase penetration in Sales and Demand Creation, and gain market share globally. Effective communication skills are essential to negotiate with customers, demonstrate Future’s full capabilities, and position our value-added offerings.

What the role involves:
  1. Develop global strategy and implement site tactics with regional teams to increase revenue and gross profit.
  2. Understand customer needs and challenges; build relationships with senior management through visits.
  3. Present Future’s value proposition and value-added solutions to enhance service capabilities.
  4. Work with management to set and monitor sales and margin budgets globally, aiming to outperform industry growth.
  5. Drive supplier initiatives to meet commitments.
  6. Provide high-level customer service, responding promptly to quotes, product availability, and delivery queries.
  7. Engage the Field Application Engineering team for sell opportunities.
Requirements:
  1. Proven sales experience within electronic distribution for at least five years; degree in a technical or business field preferred.
  2. Understanding of technical design processes.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  4. Highly organized, accurate, and able to work under pressure.
  5. Ability to work independently and in a team.
