Job Purpose

The prime responsibility of the role is to proactively develop business strategies across the regions to drive profitable growth, increase penetration in Sales and Demand Creation, and gain market share globally. Effective communication skills are essential to negotiate the company's offerings, demonstrate Future’s full capabilities, and position our value-added solutions to customers.

What the role involves:
  1. Develop global strategy and implement site tactics in conjunction with regional personnel to drive revenue and increase gross profit margin.
  2. Understand customer needs and challenges; formulate regional strategies; develop relationships with senior management through regular visits.
  3. Present Future’s value proposition, including Value-Added Solutions and Corporate Initiatives, to enhance service capabilities.
  4. Work with management to set, implement, and monitor sales and margin budgets globally, aiming to outperform industry growth projections.
  5. Drive supplier initiatives to meet corporate commitments.
  6. Provide high-level customer service regarding quotes, product availability, lead times, and delivery.
  7. Engage the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sell opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales track record in electronic distribution or related fields for at least five years; degree educated, preferably with technical or business background.
  • Understanding of technical teams and successful design achievements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and independently.
  • A team player with initiative.
