Job Title: GLOBAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

Future Electronics is seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Account Manager to join our team in Italy. We offer flexible location options across our offices in Turin, Milan, Padua, or Bologna.

Job Purpose

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and execute business strategies across regions to drive profitable growth, increase sales penetration, and enhance demand creation, resulting in global market share growth. Effective communication and negotiation skills are essential to demonstrate Future’s value proposition and secure business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement global strategies and regional tactics to increase revenue and gross profit margins.
  2. Understand customer needs and challenges; formulate regional strategies to foster growth. Build relationships with senior management through regular visits.
  3. Present Future’s value-added solutions and initiatives to enhance service capabilities.
  4. Collaborate with management to set and monitor sales and margin budgets, aiming to outperform industry and company growth targets.
  5. Drive supplier initiatives to meet corporate commitments.
  6. Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to quotes, product availability, lead times, and delivery queries.
  7. Engage with the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sales opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven sales experience within electronics distribution, with a strong track record over the past five years. Degree educated, preferably with a technical or business background.
  • Understanding of technical design processes and successful achievement of design integrations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure to achieve results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
