JOB PURPOSE

The prime responsibility of the role is to proactively develop business strategies across the regions, driving profitable growth while increasing penetration in Sales and Demand Creation performance, resulting in market share gain on a global basis. Effective communication skills are essential to negotiate the company’s offerings to customers, showcasing Future’s value and capabilities.

What the roles involve:
  1. Develop global strategy and implement site tactics with branch personnel in each region to drive revenue and increase gross profit margin.
  2. Understand customer needs and challenges; formulate regional strategies to foster growth. Build relationships with senior management through regular visits.
  3. Present Future’s value proposition with Value-Added Solutions and initiatives like the Business Partner Programme to enhance service capabilities.
  4. Collaborate with management to set and monitor sales and margin budgets, aiming to outperform industry and company growth projections.
  5. Drive supplier initiatives to meet corporate commitments.
  6. Provide high-level customer service, responding promptly to quotes, product availability, and delivery queries.
  7. Engage the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sell opportunities.
Do you have:
  • Proven sales success in electronic distribution over five years; degree educated, preferably with technical or business background.
  • Understanding of technical teams and achievement of design integrations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
