JOB PURPOSE

The prime responsibility of the role is to proactively develop business strategies across the regions to drive profitable growth, increase penetration in Sales and Demand Creation, and gain market share globally. Effective communication skills are essential to negotiate the company's offerings, demonstrate Future’s full capabilities, and position our value-add to customers.

What the roles involve:
  1. Develop global strategy and implement site tactics with regional and branch personnel to drive revenue and increase gross profit margin.
  2. Understand customer needs and challenges; formulate regional and branch strategies to foster growth. Build relationships with customer senior management through regular visits.
  3. Present Future’s value proposition, including Value-Added Solutions and Corporate Initiatives, to enhance service capabilities.
  4. Assist management in setting, implementing, and monitoring sales and margin budgets to outperform industry and growth projections.
  5. Drive supplier initiatives to meet corporate commitments.
  6. Provide high-level customer service regarding quotes, product availability, lead times, and delivery queries.
  7. Collaborate with the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sell opportunities.
Do you have:
  • Proven sales track record in electronics distribution over the past five years; degree educated, preferably in a technical or business field.
  • Understanding of technical design processes through achieved design wins.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, accurate, able to work under pressure, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
