JOB PURPOSE

The primary responsibility of this role is to proactively develop business strategies across regions that will drive profitable growth, increase sales penetration, and demand creation, resulting in market share gains globally. Effective communication and negotiation skills are essential to position Future’s value proposition and demonstrate the company’s capabilities.

What the role involves:
  1. Develop global strategies and implement site tactics in coordination with regional teams to increase revenue and profit margins.
  2. Understand customer needs deeply and help formulate regional and branch strategies for growth. Build relationships with senior management through regular visits.
  3. Present Future’s value-added solutions and initiatives like the Business Partner Programme to enhance service capabilities.
  4. Collaborate with management to set and monitor sales and margin budgets to outperform industry and growth projections.
  5. Drive key supplier initiatives to meet corporate commitments.
  6. Provide high-quality customer service regarding quotes, product availability, and delivery.
  7. Engage the Field Application Engineering team for sell opportunities.
Do you have:
  • Proven sales success over the past five years in electronics distribution, with a degree in a technical or business field.
  • Understanding of technical teams with achievements in design integration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
