Job Description:

Gi Group SpA, an agency authorized by the Italian Ministry of Labour (Aut. Min. 26/11/04 Prot. n. 1101-SG), specializing in HR services for the fashion, cosmetics, and luxury sectors, is seeking a Beauty Consultant for a fixed position for the brand GIVENCHY.

The role involves selling all brand products across three categories (make-up, fragrances, and skincare) and providing comprehensive customer assistance from initial consultation to sale. The person will also participate in strategies to increase brand revenue, working independently and with the team to meet KPIs and foster customer loyalty.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience, especially with fragrances, preferably in organized retail or luxury environments.
• Innate passion for perfumes and makeup.
• Sensitivity to luxury products, excellent relational, communication, and sales skills.
• Ability to engage with a demanding and loyal clientele, well-groomed appearance aligned with the brand and environment.

Additional Details:

• Full-time, 39 hours/week on shifts.
• Location: Milan city center.
• Initial fixed-term contract with potential for extension, professional growth, and stabilization.
• Compensation includes a standard contract and an 8 euro ticket.
