Job Description

We are seeking a candidate with a diploma in electronics/electrical engineering or computer science with a specialization in telecommunications. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in fiber optic cable splicing. Additionally, they should possess in-depth knowledge of splicing activities, dedicated equipment and tools (OTDR, launch reels, optical splicer), and a good understanding of reading schematics and network drawings.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

• Splicing fiber optic cables
• Reading network schematics and drawings
• Performing splicing in cabinets and/or central offices
• Carrying out terminations and installations of frames or other devices, adhering to specifications and technical standards
• Monitoring work quality using appropriate equipment/tools (OTDR, launch reels, optical splicer)

The candidate should also demonstrate results orientation, precision, teamwork skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory and possession of a category B driver's license are required.
