SYNERGIE ITALIA is looking for young resources to train for the role of Fiber Optic Splicer for a leading company in the construction of telecommunications infrastructure and facilities.

Position

The selected candidates will have the opportunity to participate in a theoretical/practical training course starting on May 26, aimed at acquiring skills for splicing and terminating optical fiber cables, both aerial and underground, and testing the installed systems with appropriate measuring instruments.

The course, lasting 9 days, will be held at the Bologna headquarters (free lodging and meals during the course), with subsequent employment starting from June 9, 2025.

Requirements

• Diploma or three-year qualification in Electrical/Electronic/Electrotechnical/Telecommunications field
• Brief work experience in the electrical sector
• No vertigo, no color blindness
• Availability for short travels
• Driving license B

Additional qualities include seriousness, teamwork skills, and good organizational abilities.
