SYNERGIE ITALIA is seeking young resources to train for the role of Fiber Optic Splicer for a leading company in the construction of telecommunications infrastructure and plants.

Position

The selected candidates will have the opportunity to participate in a theoretical/practical training course starting on May 26, aimed at acquiring skills for splicing and terminating optical fiber cables, both aerial and underground, and testing the installed systems using appropriate measurement equipment.

The 9-day course will be held at the Bologna location (free accommodation and meals provided during the course), with subsequent employment starting from June 9, 2025.

Requirements

• Diploma or three-year qualification in Electrical/Electronic/Electrotechnical/Telecommunications
• Short work experience in the electrical field
• No vertigo, no color blindness
• Availability for short trips
• Driving license B

Additional qualities include seriousness, teamwork skills, and good organizational abilities.
