Voyansi is seeking a skilled GIS Specialist to work on LiDAR processing, data management, and spatial analysis projects. The role involves handling large geospatial datasets, creating DEMs/DTMs, and delivering actionable insights for our design, architecture, and construction clients.

Proficiency in LiDAR tools and Esri ArcGIS is required, with the ability to automate workflows using Python or SQL. English proficiency is expected; experience with DWG/Revit is a plus.

• Proficient with Esri ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online.
• Strong knowledge of GIS Geodatabases (design and management).
• Experience handling large geospatial datasets.
• Familiarity with DWG or Revit formats (bonus).

• Process LiDAR data, including point clouds and terrain modelling.

• Generate products like DEMs, DTMs, and 3D visualisations from LiDAR datasets.
• Manage, clean, and organise large geospatial datasets for seamless integration.

• Automate workflows using tools like Python, SQL, or GIS software extensions.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in LiDAR tools (e.g., LAStools, TerraScan, Global Mapper).
• Proficiency in Esri ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online.
• Strong knowledge of GIS Geodatabases (design and management).
• Experience managing and analysing large datasets.
• Experience in creating and designing data architecture within ArcGIS.
• Familiarity with construction drawings/blueprints in DWG or Revit formats (Nice to have / Non-essential).
• English level: advanced.
