Voyansi seeks a GIS Specialist to drive LiDAR data processing and geospatial data management on cutting-edge BIM-enabled projects. The role focuses on handling large datasets, generating DEMs/DTMs, and delivering actionable insights to support client decisions.

The ideal candidate will leverage ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online, ensuring robust data architecture and seamless integration with design and construction workflows. English proficiency is required for global collaboration.

We're seeking a skilled GIS Specialist to work on projects involving LiDAR processing and data management. If you excel in handling large geospatial datasets and delivering actionable insights, we'd love to hear from you!

What challenges will you get here:

• Process and analyse LiDAR data, including point clouds and terrain modelling.
• Generate products like DEMs, DTMs, and 3D visualisations from LiDAR datasets.
• Manage, clean, and organise large geospatial datasets for seamless integration.
• Perform advanced spatial analysis to support decision-making.
• Automate workflows using tools like Python, SQL, or GIS software extensions.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in LiDAR tools (e.g., LAStools, TerraScan, Global Mapper).
• Proficiency in Esri ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online.
• Strong knowledge of GIS Geodatabases (design and management).
• Experience managing and analysing large datasets.
• Experience in creating and designing data architecture within ArcGIS.
• Familiarity with construction drawings/blueprints in DWG or Revit formats (Nice to have / Non-essential).
• English level: advanced.
