Main Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and support the management of routine and extraordinary maintenance of civil buildings.
2. Preliminary analysis of the maintenance status of building components and systems.
3. Supervise and coordinate external suppliers and workers.
4. Collaborate directly with property owners to align on activities and priorities.

Requirements:

• Technical diploma (e.g., Heating Technician, Surveyor) or proven equivalent experience in the sector.
• Basic knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and maintenance interventions in civil construction.
• Experience, even brief, in managing workers and supplier relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, active listening, and diplomatic attitude.
• Residence in Bologna or nearby areas.
