Job Description for Recruitment Specialist at Kalyoga Società Cooperativa Sociale

Kalyoga Società Cooperativa Sociale, operating in the social assistance and healthcare sector, is seeking a candidate to join its operational headquarters.

The selected candidate, working in collaboration with service coordinators and administration, will be responsible for:

  1. Recruiting personnel in the healthcare and social assistance sectors (OSS, nurses, caregivers) for the services offered by the organization
  2. Publishing job offers using main digital tools
  3. Screening CVs and initial contact with candidates
  4. Conducting interviews with candidates
  5. Monitoring and evaluating staff activities and managing shift schedules
  6. Ensuring quality of services in compliance with current regulations
  7. Managing staff attendance and reporting to administration
  8. Handling operational critical issues in collaboration with administration
  9. Supporting administrative and organizational processes within the structure

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the social and healthcare sector
  • Proficiency with main digital tools (Microsoft Office suite and recruitment portals)
  • Understanding of recruitment processes and personnel management

Soft skills:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Organizational and managerial skills
  • Experience with management software
  • Knowledge of English (minimum B1 level)

Contract: Full-time

Availability: Monday to Friday
