adstrong is seeking a Trainee SEA Manager to gain hands-on experience in SEA and Google Shopping within its Affiliate Marketing team. This full-time remote role (EU) offers early responsibility and a clear path from Trainee to Senior SEA Manager.

You'll analyze international campaigns, optimize performance, and learn to grow client portfolios. A strong analytical background and German + English proficiency are essential, with a proactive, ownership mindset.

Competenze

• A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, mathematics, science or another analytical field.
• Business-professional German and fluent English (C1); additional languages, especially French, are a plus.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, including excellent MS Excel or Google Sheets knowledge.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage your time and priorities effectively in a remote setup.
• Proactive, quick to learn and ready to take ownership of your work.
• Previous marketing or sales experience in the DACH market is a plus.

• Campaign performance: Analyze and optimize international Google Shopping campaigns and learn what drives profitable growth.
• Client growth: Learn how to identify opportunities, improve performance and grow your client portfolio.
• Client onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding of new clients and make sure they get off to a strong start.
• Product feeds: Audit and enhance product data feeds to maximize campaign potential.
• Reporting & analysis: Create and use reports to identify opportunities, understand performance and turn data into action.
• Client support: Work closely with our Partnerships Manager to answer client queries and solve performance-related issues.
• Team initiatives: Contribute your ideas and take an active role in quarterly team initiatives.
