We're looking to expand our Barcelona-based team by hiring a German-speaking Account Manager who is enthusiastic, client-focused, and eager to be part of a global success story. In this role, you'll serve as the central contact for key clients primarily Google while working cross-functionally with internal teams. You will be instrumental in nurturing partnerships, ensuring excellent service delivery, and supporting long-term client success.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and trust at every stage.
Serve as the primary communication bridge between the client and internal departments, ensuring clarity and alignment.
Understand client goals, pain points, and business objectives in order to provide value-driven, personalized solutions.
Lead the planning and execution of client campaigns and projects, guaranteeing deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to manage workflows, overcome challenges, and deliver on client expectations.
Track deliverables, monitor progress against objectives, and ensure all KPIs are successfully achieved.
Offer insightful business recommendations by analyzing client needs, market movements, and the latest in digital strategy.
Discover and present opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling relevant services.
Provide regular performance evaluations to help clients fine-tune their strategies and maximize success.
Partner with internal departments such as Product, Sales, Tech, and Marketing to deliver integrated solutions.
Support the professional development of junior team members through guidance and mentorship.
Generate accurate and timely reports on client performance, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.
Regularly present data-driven updates to clients, including campaign performance reviews and strategic suggestions.
Use performance analytics to continually optimize strategies and client satisfaction.
Take responsibility for resolving any client concerns, managing them swiftly and constructively.
Act as a mediator to resolve conflicts, always aiming for outcomes that benefit both the client and the business.
Communicate effectively in German across all business contexts, both written and spoken.
Fluent English is also required, as it serves as the company's primary internal language.
We're looking for someone who brings:
Fluency in German (native or near-native level).
A bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
Previous experience working with Google or other major tech companies is highly valuable.
Proven success in managing high-level client relationships and complex projects.
