Your Role at a Glance

Customer Support 70%
Help users via email and chatno phone calls!
Provide clear, friendly, and accurate assistance in German and English
Use smart tools to solve issues efficiently and with empathy

Content Moderation 30%
️ Review and manage user-generated content across apps and platforms
Identify and escalate harmful or inappropriate material
Ensure everything follows legal and community standards

What Were Looking For

• Fluency in German, with a good command of written English

• Confidence using everyday tech tools like Word and Excel

• A curious, detail-oriented mindsetno prior experience needed

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including some evenings and weekends
