• Assist users via email and chat — no phone calls required.
• Provide helpful, friendly, and professional support in German and English.

• Content Moderation (30%)
• Review user content across various apps and marketplaces.
• Ensure all material follows guidelines and legal requirements.
• Flag inappropriate content and escalate serious issues using internal systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German, with good written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Word and Excel.
• No experience? No problem. If you're curious, motivated, and detail-focused, we’ll train you!
• A positive mindset and willingness to work rotating shifts (including evenings and weekends).
