Bulgaria, Province of Forlì-Cesena, Italy

Location: On-Site
Language Requirement: Fluent in German and English
Start Date: 17th February 2025
Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, between 10:00 AM and 02:00 AM
Salary: 3,800 BGN gross; primarily email and chat support (95%)
Sign-On Bonus: 500 BGN gross for all successful German hires joining the project on 17th February

Training and Onboarding:
  • 2 weeks of training
  • 1 week of nesting
Additional Information:
  • Contract Types: CDI (permanent) or ANAPEC (for those inexperienced candidates).
  • Candidates in the clients database in the last 3 months are considered duplicates.
Job Description:

Join our customer service team providing top-tier support via email and chat. Youll be responsible for assisting customers in German and English, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries mainly through email and chat.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in email and chat customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and handle demanding workloads.
  • Competitive salary with uncapped performance bonuses.
