Purpose of position: (Overall contribution to company goals)

Responsible for all technical activities of MacRes (design, proposals, technical support to EPS and EPC projects) and providing active support to Sector Manager. Collaborates with Sector, BU/BD, Construction Services, Marketing, and all other teams for the Indian region.

Core Responsibilities

Technical Activities & Design

• Visit sites and prepare techno-commercial proposals within stipulated time. Prepare and review designs, drawings, BoQ, specifications, rate analysis, and construction methodology.
• Optimize systems and ensure efficient turnaround time for proposals.
• Prepare, review, and modify technical documents for the Indian subsidiary of the sector, including technical data sheets, tender specifications, training materials, and other documents, after approval from HOD on a monthly basis.

Ensuring Business

• Ensure specifications with suitable PQ criteria are included in tender specifications during DPR preparation.
• Continuously update market scenario information and competitor knowledge.
• Populate Smart Terms & Conditions.

Technical Marketing Assistance

• Provide technical marketing support for specific projects by interacting with consultants, clients, and contractors for project creation and development.
• Work with HOD to review technical KRA achievement and guide synchronization with company strategies. Identify gaps and prepare improvement plans.
• Plan technical marketing activities in coordination with Marketing, BD, and Sales teams, aligned with potential projects and key contacts.
• Collaborate with all BU/BD, Construction Services, and Marketing teams.

Training & Development

• Train and develop teams, including construction service teams, to contribute effectively to sector development. Provide guidance and monitor daily progress.

Interaction

• Interact regularly with clients and contractors for guidance and improvements.
