Topcon Positioning Group in Concordia sulla Secchia, Modena, Italy, seeks an experienced Geospatial Software Program Manager to lead international software programs across surveying and positioning solutions.

You will coordinate product management, software engineering, firmware, cloud, QA and UX teams, translate customer needs into successful delivery, drive Agile governance, release planning and risk mitigation.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Geomatics, GIS, or related field.
• 7+ years in technical project or program management, with 3+ years leading cross-functional software programs.
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern development practices; Jira/Azure DevOps experience preferred.
• PM certifications (PMP/PRINCE2/SAFe) are advantageous.
