Topcon Positioning Group in Italy seeks a Cloud Project Manager to join our Cloud Software Development team. You will drive cloud modernization, platform transformation, and software delivery across global teams from our Turin or Concordia sulla Secchia offices.

You will coordinate high-impact cloud projects, work with cross-functional groups, and ensure clear scope, timelines, budgets, and governance. The role emphasizes collaboration, strong communication, and fluent English in a global

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience managing software, cloud, or technology projects.
• Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform environments.
• Experience delivering complex cross-functional projects involving cloud platforms, integrations, or modernization initiatives.
• Confidence working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; fluent English.
• A degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Lead cloud and software development projects from planning through delivery, with scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Product Management, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Drive cloud migration, modernization, integration, and platform transformation initiatives.
• Support technical conversations around cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, infrastructure, security, and modernization strategies.
• Provide clear project reporting, stakeholder communication, and delivery governance across distributed international teams.
