The role requires coordinating geospatial data, maintaining the Core GIS Database, and ensuring interoperability across C2IS and GIS systems.

The incumbent will join the Geospatial Information team under the J2 Division, with responsibilities spanning data quality, training, and collaboration with multinational staff,

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in geospatial data management.
• Familiarity with NATO operational environment and HQ processes is advantageous.
• Advanced knowledge of geospatial databases and GIS tools.
• Proficiency in Python and REST APIs for GEOINT work.

Mansioni

• Assist in data management to ensure geospatial data and products are up-to-date and accurate.
• Maintain and disseminate operational geospatial catalogs linked to datasets.
• Coordinate geospatial interfaces for units requiring geospatial support.
• Ensure data synchronization across geospatial and GEOINT units and provide training as needed.
• Contribute to NATO data management committees and projects.
