Topcon Positioning Systems, a leader in precision geospatial solutions, seeks a GEO Platform Owner for Tunnel & Rail Products. This remote role in Italy leads strategy, lifecycle, pricing, and cross‑functional coordination across Supply, Engineering, Sales, and Support to deliver innovative infrastructure products.

You will shape product roadmaps, drive profitability, analyze market trends, and collaborate with global teams to ensure competitiveness and successful go‑to‑market execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product management, product development, or platform ownership.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle and product creation processes.
• Knowledge of pricing, margin management, and profitability tracking.
• Experience in cross-functional project management and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the product roadmap to ensure competitiveness, profitability, and alignment with market needs and company strategy.
• Coordinate product development activities, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency.
• Oversee validation, beta testing, and functional requirements with internal stakeholders.
• Define pricing and margin objectives; monitor financial performance.
• Coordinate activities across Product Supply, Engineering, Sales Units, and Customer Support.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to guide product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Develop product marketing content and support go-to-market activities.
